We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $500 pet fee for the first pet and $750 pet fee for two. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. There is a weight limit of 65 pounds per pet and aggressive breeds like Pit Bull Terriers or Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinchers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas and Wolf-hybrids are prohibited.
